Your listings stay yours.
Will other dealers steal my listings or clients? Here is exactly who sees what, in plain language.
Private by default
Nothing is shared until you share it.
A listing you add is visible only to you. It reaches a network only when you share it there, and only at the level you pick for that network. Your inventory is never public.
Per-network levels
Every network sees only what you choose.
Each level includes everything in the one before it. Share the same listing at Detailed with your closest partners and at Basic with a large group.

Only you can see this
Plot/house number, owner name and phone, your purchase price, commission and notes are never shared with anyone.

Withdraw any time
Change your mind, and it applies at once.
- Lower or raise a network’s level whenever you like.
- Withdraw a listing from a network and it disappears from that network straight away.
- Changing one network’s level leaves every other network unchanged.
- What a dealer already copied outside KeepPooling, for example into a WhatsApp chat, cannot be taken back, so share only what you are comfortable with.
Photos
Photos without the hidden details.
- Location data (EXIF, including GPS) is removed from every photo when it is uploaded.
- Photos are shown only to people allowed to see that listing, through short-lived links.
- At Basic a network sees the first photo; you choose which photos each level shows.
Invite or approval only
Nobody joins a network without approval.
- Members join through an invitation or a request that the owner or an admin approves.
- Owners and admins can remove a member at any time.
- A removed member stops seeing the network’s listings at once.

What we can and cannot see.
Staff can see
- Names, profiles and plans.
- Counts and totals, such as how many listings were shared into a network.
- Payment details and reports, to run billing and handle abuse.
Staff cannot see
- Listing content.
- Photos.
- Your private fields.
