Invite the dealers you want.
- Personal invitations for a named dealer.
- A shareable invite link for your WhatsApp group, with an expiry date.
- Revoke an invitation or a link at any time; old links stop working.
Know who is asking before you approve.
Each request shows the dealer’s name, agency and city, when they joined KeepPooling, how many of your networks they already share with you, and their message.
Let new dealers find you.
List your network in the directory so dealers in your area can ask to join. Listing is optional and you can turn it off at any time.
Browse the directory- Pick up to 5 areas your network covers.
- Signed-in dealers see its name, description, areas and owner, and its member count unless you hide it.
- “Show name on public pages” is off until you turn it on. Off, keeppooling.com counts your network for its areas but does not name it.
Everything that changes, on the record.
Joins, shares and changes in your network are kept in its activity history, so you and your members can see what happened and when.
Hand it over, or close it.
- Transfer the network to another member; they accept before it moves.
- Close a network you no longer need; its content is removed 30 days later.

Joining networks is always free. Running one is free up to 25 members.
